Cauliflower crust pizza.
 
Everyone likes pizza, but we all know that pizza is not exactly great for a healthy diet. too much carbs and bad ingredients in most of the pizza.
 
I'm making my own healthy pizza crust I will post the recipe later, but for now I found this one and is great only few ingredients including cauliflower.
 
I got the Plant Based crust its's vegan  
I baked preheat 300  for 12 to 15 minutes then you can add the toppings that you like then cook again for just 5 minutes and enjoy taste delicious. 
 
Ingredients: Fresh Cauliflower, Almond Flour, Flax Meal, Olive Oil, Tapioca Starch, Garlic Powder, Dried Basil, Himalayan Pink Salt, Nutritional Yeast
 
The entire pizza is only 180 calories and only like 3% of carbs almost nothing.

Pizza de masa de coliflor.

A todo el mundo le gusta la pizza, pero todos sabemos que la pizza no es exactamente lo mejor para nuestra salud ya que tienen muchos carbohidratos y malos ingredientes en la mayoría de las pizzas.
 
Estoy haciendo mi propia masa de pizza saludable. Publicaré la receta más tarde, pero por ahora encontré esta y solo son geniales.
 
compre la  masa que es solo de vegetales y  vegana Horneé el precalentamiento 300 durante 12 a 15 minutos, luego puedes agregar los vegetales o las cosas que más te gusten, luego cocinar nuevamente por solo 5 minutos y disfrutar del delicioso sabor.

Perfect for your favorite smoothies, coffee, shakes and many more recipes.
  • One cup of organic raw hemp seeds
  • 3 cups of water
  • a pinch of vanilla
  • a pinch of Himalaya pink salt (optional)
  • a pinch of cinnamon ( optional)
Blend everything together in a blender. It can last up to 3 days in the refrigerator. Enjoy its delicious!

This salad is very healthy and easy to make.  
Perfect for lunch or dinner I prefer for dinner
·  I used different types of
mix lettuce
·         One avocado
·         Half cucumber
·         Some Cashew
My salad dressing is:  a little bit of olive oil,
Himalaya pink salt,
black pepper and lemon.
Note: always made your own salad dressing at home
This is one of my favorite green smoothie because it is easy to make and is very good for the skin .
A- half banana
B- a hand full of
romaine lettuce
 C- 3 strawberries
 D- 1 cup of water


Este es uno de mis batido verde favorito porque es fácil de hacer y es muy bueno para la piel .
